I Need add a new view(catagory) under Infrastruture Views

I Need add a new view(catagory) under Infrastruture Views

I have been reading the forum posts and I was wondering when the option to add new views or categories would become available?
I created new categories under Business Views fore the time being.
We are running Op MAnager 6.0 Build 6011 License Type Premium.
