I need a solution for User Administration Problem!

Hi Manageengine Staff and everybody, I'm a user from Viet Nam .

I've tested Applications Manager for a few days, and I have a big trouble here.

I'm administrator, and I have an operator team. I configure threshold, alarm... for if server reboot, Application Manager generate ticket. And a thing happened here: our server need to reboot several times a day accidentally.

And there will be many tickets will be generated. And we have to do many reports. To prevent this, I use Downtime Schedule.

As an only administrator, I'm only person who can Create Downtime Schedule, but I can not always at computer to do this action. And I don't want my operator have Administrator role.

 

And questions are:

1. How can I add permission to Operator to do "Create Downtime Schedule". Please give me a solution for this.

 

2. If I have to give another person an administrator role. How can I know (or monitor) what he did in Application Manager? Is there any thing like "LOG File" of Application Manager that including all events occur in Application Manager.
