i need a query report to know the technicians who is active and using the license in SD system plus and the technicians who is having license but not active or do much activity in the system 

we are always running out of license and they requested from me to know if the license being assigned to someone but he\she is pearly using the system or using the system once in a while.

also, if you can show me where to go in the SD system to run the query will be very helpful
