I can't run UpdateManager.bat to apply Service Pack

Hi,

I can't run UpdateManager.bat to apply Service Pack. 

I do everything from the manual - stop service, do back up. Everything pass ok.
But when I run UpdateManager.bat nothing happend.

Please help me!
What should I do to fix it?
