I can't pass verification for a subdomain

There is a domain rdms.ru . There is a cloud platform Service Desk Zoho. I'm trying to log in to the Service Desk through a subdomain it.rdms.ru .
I do it according to the instructions - https://help.sdpondemand.com/customized-domains
Domain verification rdms.ru passed
Made an entry in DNS of the following type HOST (it) Type (NAME) Value (customer-sdpondemand.manageengine.com ).
When checking the subdomain, the error "Your CNAME record could not be verified. Check if the element has been added "it.rdms.ru "
Website https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=cname says that CNAME is configured correctly
Please help me set up the subdomain.
