I can't add a new site.
Hello
I have "ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 11.1.0 Build 11131" installed.
I don't know what happened to ServiceDesk, but it doesn't add a new site or modify existing sites.
When I try to add a new site, I get a message
"FAILURE: Exception while processing the request."
Having made a copy of SerivisDesk, I tried to update it to 1200, it did not help.
Can anyone give advice on what to do?
