I can not find QR code and 3D floor in OPM v12

I can not find QR code and 3D floor in OPM v12

Hi ,

Where can I find QR code for the devices in OPM v12 , like it was in V11 .
also I can not add a 3D floor map in the dashboards or in the CCTV

please help me on that
