I can�t acces to netflow browser and problem with pdf export

Hi there

1.- I install netflow analizer 4.0 trial, we have configurated around 25 interfaces. today may 9th, i can not access to web aplication and check the file mysql, and notice that the counters stop aroun 5 am, so i stop the process and then star the application so I can access again to weg page.

In my error file i have the next lines

It�s normal this kind of event.
2.- I can�t use the option export pfd, only apperars a white page, so what can i do to resolve this part, it�s necesary this part because i send weekly a report, to mi boss, its important because he has the power to decide buy your product.

3.- I install the product on windows 2000 server with SP4, there is a procedure to bakcup the data base
