I can't see the interface for notification

I have any question for you.
For all devices in "Server" category I can not to select a interface in "Interface is having some problems". I see only :
when any [selected...] Interface is having some problems
No managed interfaces/ports found for this device.
But all interface is present in Interface Tab.
Why don't I see it in window of "Edit Criteria for profile ..." ?
