I can't find device to add to business view
Hello,
I have discovered a new device by IP address. We have not created a forward or reverse DNS entry for security purposes. Opmanager shows the device as managed (blue start in upper right corner). The problem occurs when I try to add the device to a business view - right click, properties. The device does not show in the "All devices" list. How do I add the device to my business view?
