I AM NOT A CUSTOMER

Hello, I�m a 16 year old student living in Croatia. I accidentally downloaded �Applications Manager� and I�ve been trying to delete it many times and it somehow won�t work. I don�t know how I got this program, but like I said I accidentally installed it without knowing what it was.
PLEASE help me uninstall it, as I have tried everything I possibly can.
THE PROBLEM: every time I try to uninstall it I get a pop up saying ˝Directory Error!
Uninstallation cannot proceed, the ˝C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{e6aea16f-0377-42b0-b4eb-7fa3dbbfdfaf}˝ directory exists! Check if it is empty and delete it if it is. Then retry the uninstall˝

Please help me get rid of this problem as it is impossible for me to do so myself.
