For example, if I create a custom view for Open requests where the department is "xyz" the URL still shows ......\WOListView.do . I want to get a URL that will take me directly to that view regardless of what view I had previously selected. 

The purpose of this is so that we can add that link to a document management system we use to manage other documentation for that department and we want to be able to link directly from that site to see what issues are outstanding for that department.
