how can I publish a request form with a Hyperlink that users can click and will take them to another Intranet Site?

Even better would be if they click on the request form they are redirected to the other site I have.

Maybe it can be done with some SQL hacking etc.

This is really a major show stopper, we have some requests that must be handled in a different system and I can't redirect users from the service desk system to it.
