Hyperlink in custom Gauges

I modify the "/conf/opmamanger_snapshot_dial.xml" file and add support for a Custom Category of Equipment...i add this snippet:

          <DIAL dialType="number" displayName="Some Description" name="Name1" shortKey="Some" unit="MyUnits">
               <PARAM pollKey="CUSTOM1" type="

 Custom Type "/>
          </DIAL>
</CATEGORY>

How can do the following: When i click over the gauge a popup appears with the "Script Monitor" info, like when i click over the script monitor
