I have monitored many http url with Opmanager without problem. but how is about https?

actually i have serous problem with almost all https url and Recently I found that OPM show fully downtime. but they was actually up. I also check using public site uptime to find out it is really up or not from various outside server.

The site does not need any login information or sth else. just when you enter it in your browser it opens well.

anyway It is not just for one https but almost each of https url have the same issue.

for example https://bpi.ir (Bank Pasargad) is one of them.

Let me know please how can i solve the issue.
