Good day.

We have been using the Full Trial Enterprise Version of Service Desk Plus. It has been great so far. Yesterday was the last day of the Full Trial Enterprise Version so I assumed the application would just switch to the Standard Version that is free. Today we login to the application are it throws the error below. We do have domain authentication turned on but not pass through authentication. Is there something that we need to do to get the Standard Version working?
