Hi,

We currently have an issue where if a user sends an email to the service desk and it is HTML formatted, when it gets picked up by servicedesk, the requests list gets blanked.

There becomes only one request listed, which has no subject or text in it within the list. To resolve the problem we have to edit the request and remove all of the HTML, then save it.

I would image this is because of something like the </BODY> or similar tags in the email?

Not a major problem, but a little painful as we are getting more and more people send requests via HTML formatted email.
