I am trying to update my warranty information for my workstations. Specifically, HP workstations. I know that you need to add the information in the custom feed area. My issue is that when I go to put in the product number (i.e. VS844UT#ABA) in, I get the following error "Warranty Details cannot be fetched because the given details are wrong". This also makes DC think that the computer is out of warranty when in fact, it is not.
