How would I put a label or description in either resources or service catalog?
I'd like to create a training sign-off as part of a account-upgrade request. However, to do that, I need to put in language that says "I agree that I've signed off on x, y, x." It's a long bit of text, where/how can I place this text (probably a page) on the form?
