How to view and manage the Terminal Services properties of Active Directory users?

ADManager Plus can help simplify the reporting on terminal services properties of AD Users with the Users' Terminal Service Properties report. It lists the properties of all users or users from specific OUs in a click.

Right from the reports page, you can also:

Modify the terminal services properties of users.

- Perform user management actions such as password reset, modifying logon hours, enabling/disabling user accounts, and more.

- Export the Terminal Services Properties report to CSVDE, HTML, PDF, XLSX, or CSV.

- Schedule the report to be automatically generated and emailed to the stakeholders.

The following steps will guide you with generating the report,

  • Click the Reports tab.

  • Go to Terminal Service Reports.

  • Click the Users' Terminal Services Properties report.

  • Select the desired AD domains.

  • To restrict this report for users of specific OUs, click the Add OUs link and select the desired OUs.

  • Click Generate to view the report.

  • In case you need to perform any management actions,

    • Select the users

    • From More Actions, select the management action you wish to perform. For example, scroll to Terminal services and select Terminal Services Remote Control and click Go.

    • You can modify the desired properties and click Apply.

Cheers,
Team ADManager Plus.
