How to use info path forms in service desk
I have created an Info Path form and have been able to email the form to Service Desk Plus, however the radio buttons and check boxes are not preserved when displaying the form in Service Desk. If I make the check boxes in text boxes the frame(borders) are not visible First image shows a section of the form being filled out using text boxes and check boxes compare the formatting in the second image and you will clearly see there is no frame around the test boxes and check boxes also have no borders and funny characters are displayed. The arrows in the second image clearly indicating some of the formatting issues when the form is submitted. I would really would like to make this work. Can anybody help, please
