How to use a UDF date field in a business rule
We have an "on hold until" field on cases. Reps can use this to place a case on hold until a certain date if the customer agrees.
I'd like to implement a business rule to change the status of the case back to "Open" when the "on hold until" date is reached.
How can I do this? The "on hold until" UDF doesn't appear in the list of criteria.
