Is it possible to update SupportCenter Plus 8 .1.0 (8119) to V11 ?
I tried to do update with ManageEngine_SupportCenter_Plus_11_0_0_SP-0_3_0.ppm file, but I have an error message like your version is not compatible or something like that.
Is it possible to do it ? With new instance, is it possible to restore database ?
