How to trap Brightstor Arc Server Backup r11.5

Any body know how to monitor traps from Brightstor Arcserver Backup r11.5,

I add an SNMP alert in Brightstor.
If I review the alert log activity, appear and SNMP TRAP send to de opManager server IP
But if I review de alert -> Unsolicited Traps in opManager, the BrightStor Aler dosen`t appear.

Any solution??
