I have created a custom "Status" in the Helpdesk section for the
ticket status in Hungarian language, but we have an english client who
is using the SD PLus in English and do not understand the status of the
ticket as it is in Hungarian language.
I
have tried to use a "Translation" menu to try to set a custom translate
for the Hungarian text, but the custom ticket statuses are not displayed
there.
How can I set a translate for custom ticket statuses?
