How to transfer custom field values when converting an incident to a service request
Hello,
We would like to transfer custom field values when converting an incident to a service request.
For example the value of
WorkOrder_Fields.UDF_CHAR14 should be transferred to
ServiceReq_6001.UDF_CHAR7 during conversion.
How can this be achieved?
