Is any one using the Software Licensing function of SD Plus?
I tried using it a while back unsuccessfully.
It started with the Purchasing module and found that I could not add the application unless they had been already installed and scanned (not possible for new software) . This forced me to create a custom category so I can create purchase order, but it breaks the link between Purchasing and Software inventory.
Are there ant best practice documents that explain how to set it up?
I also use Desktop Central, any comments if its license tracking function is any better?
