How to test DC Agent ICON in System Tray
We are thinking of turning on the Agent Icon in the System Tray (currently it is off) and we want to test the features of the agent. For example, we want to make sure the user cannot disable DC via the Agent (we think not but need to test).
We also need to develop a few documents to educate our users on the DC Icon since they have not seen it and what they can do (and how to do it).
To that end, we prefer to be able to turn this feature on for a specific remote office but we do not see how to do that. We think this setting is a global setting.
What are the options available to use to test and configure?
