I am testing HA functionality.  It seems as though the SSHD is not running on the secondary server, and when the primary fails, SSH CLI calls to the secondary fail. 

 

1.  Should SSHD be running on the secondary server at all times?

2.  If it should, how can I tell if it's running, I am not able to bring up the PMP web page for the secondary system.

3.  It it is not supposed to be running, how does it get started when the primary fails?
