We are planning to use the Free Edition of ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus Cloud.

We initially registered our account at the US Data Center (https://mdm.manageengine.com).

We later learned that a Japan Data Center (https://mdm.manageengine.jp) is available, and we would prefer to use the Japan Data Center.

However, when we try to create an account at mdm.manageengine.jp using the same email address, we receive a message stating that the email address is already registered.

Also, when we sign in from mdm.manageengine.jp, we are redirected to mdm.manageengine.com, where our existing MDM environment and APNs certificate are displayed.

Our current environment is as follows:

• Mobile Device Manager Plus Cloud trial is currently active.
• Current URL: https://mdm.manageengine.com
• APNs certificate: Configured
• Enrolled devices: 0
• Apple Business integration: Not configured yet
• Planned number of devices: Approximately 8 company-owned iPads
• We intend to use the Free Edition after the trial period.

Could you please clarify the following?

1. Is our current MDM environment hosted in the US Data Center?
2. Can we create a new MDM environment in the Japan Data Center using the same email address?
3. If so, what is the correct procedure to switch from the US Data Center to the Japan Data Center?
4. Do we need to delete the current US Data Center environment and APNs certificate before creating the Japan Data Center environment?

Since no devices have been enrolled yet, we would like to switch to the Japan Data Center before enrolling any devices.
