Hi All-

I have a windows VM i want to designate as our Test server, and I want to setup a Test instance of Service Desk Plus. 

What are the steps to copy my current instance over to a "Test" instance?  I'm looking for a step by step guide including installing ManageEngine on the server, the Microsoft SQL Server steps (as I assume I need to create a new instance) etc.
