How to setup Outage scenario tickets
I'm looking for suggestions for scenarios where there are system outages and how you all handle them in your setup. If a requester enters a ticket, how does the rest of the management get notified in all departments? Can a ticket be created with view only permissions to all?
Example, our internet is down, how do we notify the company heads and keep them updated? How can they go to the ticket and see updates to IT's progress?
