I would like to know if it is possible to configure SMS notifications for clarification events in ServiceDesk Plus. The requirement is:
When a clarification is requested from the user, an SMS should be sent to the user.
When the user responds to the clarification, an SMS should be sent to the approver.
Can this be achieved through Notification Rules, Custom Triggers, or Business Rules? If yes, could you please provide the steps or best approach?
