How to search for customers
I am new to support desk and working with the trial version. We support retail point of sale software. When a customer calls he can provide us with customer name or the store's telephone number in order for us to bring up the customer record.
Is it possible to search on more than one field when creating a new request? It seems as though there is only an ability to search on "Name".
