Hi,

we are testing the ServiceDeskPlus and its great. But we need to schedule tasks and we don't know if that is possible in the current version.

We know that we can schedule a task for a technician from today till next week. But we need to schedule some tasks for every monday, tuesday and so on and it's too much work to schedule that every day.

Is there any possibility to do that in ServiceDeskPlus?
