How to schedual engineers on a call

I downloaded SD+ Today and I have got to say what a great product. I have been messing around with it for a few hours and it has just about all the features I am looking for except on (Which I may have overlooked hence this message)
My company is primary a support (Via helpdesk) and engineering comapny. We service 2-300 companies networks etc.
The only thing I seem not to be able to get my head around is booking an engineer to site and being able to use a calendar type view to see where the engineers are.
For example.
We currently use Outlook (Public folders) and are able to add appointments etc for engineers vistits. I can then check where my engineers are at all times. All engineers update the Shared calendar via PDA (GPRS) or Outlook Web access.
What would be cool is that I can assign a job to an engineer and book him / her onsite at a particular time and date (though SD+) then SD+ updates the shared calendar so that all PDA's etc can sync the changes.
Any thoughts on if this sort of thing can be done or if there is a work around.. Even if you guys are going to develop this in the future and a work around is available I would probably be ready to buy in a couple of days !
