Hi all,

how can we access the ManageEngine folder offline to retrieve data (in csv or in xml or xls) we need? For instance, I want to extract out all the assets in the system. Due to several server breakdown, we need the files offline/ during downtime.

Anyone has any idea how to do it? I cant seems to find any kbase that aid in this.
