I'm currently evaluating ServicedeskPlus 9.2. I am actually new with postgresql. Here's my question. How to reset Request ID, for example: I want the Request ID to start from 2017000001, instead of starting to 1. Kindly give me a detailed procedure on doing it. Thank you very much in advance!
