How to Recover Corrupted Exchange database?
To recover a corrupted Exchange database, you should first attempt to Mount and Dismount Exchange Database to check its status. If the database cannot be mounted due to corruption, you can use the Eseutil tool to repair it. Run the command eseutil /p <database path>
to fix the corruption. After the repair, it’s recommended to use Isinteg to check the database's integrity and fix any issues. Once the repair process is complete, you can Dismount the Exchange database and then try to Mount it again to ensure the database is functioning properly. Always ensure you have a backup before performing any repair operations, as there may be a risk of data loss during the recovery process.
