How to re-enable a login to a User Account already exists?

 Hi,

How do I enable the "login" again to a User Account that was previously disabled?

We keep the same User Account. this account has a number of support requests previously registered.

When I try to re-enable the account I get the message below.

"FAILURE : Login with same name already exists. Please provide different value for Login Name."
