How to properly group requests based on the asset involved?
Hi there,
At the moment, i know (roughly) how to produce a list of all requests based on the user/requester name.
But is there a way to easy do this based on asset?
What we're trying to achieve is to perhaps quickly find out how many incident an asset is involved with.
Unfortunately when viewing the Requests tab (under technician view), Asset is not listed in the selectable column view.
