How to populate user names in a request additional field

How to populate user names in a request additional field

Hello,
based on my request with Ticket ID: "6103038" I followed the following guide using the attached script (for ME-SDP Version 11)

I got the additional field with " search a requester " , looking for first 2 or more characters, 

but after entering any 2 char. I got an error " Loading Failed " in the field & stop searching for the requester names, ( screen shots follows ):

I'm looking for help what is wrong or missing in the script to solve this,
