Dear All,

We have created two (2) request additional fields on a Service Request Template to auto. populate Requester "Reporting To Email Address" and "Reporting To Lead Email Address" (i.e., his manager).

Please let me know how can we auto. populate those values (Email Addresses) on respective request additional fields so that we can send the approvals to them accordingly using dynamic approval process.
