I am trying to add server for monitoring in opmanager but when i click "test credentials" button I get an error "authentication failed" whereas if i use the administrator credentials the same shows "passes".following this link 

I have given all the specified permissions to the user account but still iam facing the same error.

how do i fix the issue.

any suggestion or steps will be appreciated.
