How to monitor remote client network?
We are a small based IT service provider and would like to know how to monitor our client network from our office. All clients have ADSL connections with ISP's and we are able to discover the client (cisco) routers routers within the ISP's IP range.
Eg ISP range is 203.23.213.0 (we can discover any router here) and client router ip is 203.23.213.45 (discovered). What do we have to access our client's networks and monitor the devices?
