How to monitor JVM size in JBOSS 4.2

Hi All,

I am using this software first time. Do not know how to use it exactly. In my application, after some days, it get Out of memory exception. I need to monitor the JVM size. I found this software will be helpful. Could any body let me know how to monitor the JVM size for Jboss using this software?
