How to migrate users Firstname & Lastname

I work for an Company that creates websites and it has internal server in Linux.
We got all the users(publishers) in csv file format, trying to migrate them into windows 2008 R2 Active directory.
The problem i am facing is the users are migrating with out any errors but their FirstName and Lastname are left out blank.
There is no option in the template to populate firstname and lastname.
My CSV file has 3 fields Firstname,LastName, GivenName.
For GivenName i am using FirstName.LastName.
I am not an expert at AD, can you please Help in understanding how can i migrate their FirstName and LastName
