How to migrate from ServiceDesk (SD) V.6 to V.7 ?
Hi,
We want to know , how to migrate SD v.6 to v.7 by mechanism like this :
We install new SD 7 in new server ( because we change to linux OS) and we want all the setting (rule, Db etc ) from previous version (SD 6) migrated to SD 7 ?
Is it possible ? If possible, would you mind telling me where we can get the documentation regarding this ?
