How to manage incident time in Servicedesk

Hi
I have need to set time, by default, on every incident in servicedesk.
 
-How can I put in default time for different incident, in quickforms?
-How can I put in closing roules for time?
-How can I have time template for different jobbs, Ex. based on category?
