How to manage Cluster Server?

I would like to know whether OpManager to support in managing Cluster Server. Now i have added 2 physical server and 1 virtual host server into OpManager. For this, do i need 3 device license?
As all of us aware, some of services / application will run based on the virtual host which managed by the cluster. Therefore i added 1 virtual host and include those cluster services only and remove those services from the 2 physical server.
Please advise the best way on monitoring servers that configured in Cluster.
